Damages/Injury
Damage or loss to items, provided for each event, must be reported by the client immediately.
Items are examined after each event and if items are damaged or lost during the event, the client must pay a lost or damage fee.
During each event, the client is responsible for the items until a staff member from Orlando Teepee Party returns for clean-up. If rental items are lost or stolen, Orlando Teepee Party have the right to charge the client for the full value of the item.
Orlando Teepee Party is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the scheduled event. Orlando Teepee Party is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items to the client’s personal belongings that may occur during the duration of the event.

Safety
To ensure the continued safety of all our clients, all items are laundered, cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. All pillowcases, blankets and throws are laundered after each event.

Payment DETAILS
20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and time. The full balance is due 48 hours before your event. If the balance is not paid in full by the required time frame, the event will be canceled and the client thereby forfeits the deposit. A minimum 3-day booking notice is preferred.

Advertising
Orlando Teepee Party has the right to all photos taken at the booking for advertising purpose
